The AT-1 deep-heat infrared sauna is our compact standard model for one person, which already includes the flexible ergonomic backrests. In developing the AT-1 infrared sauna, we paid special attention to the anatomy of the human body to make the sauna experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
The backrest, made of high-quality Abachi solid wood, adapts to the double-S shape of the spine thanks to elastic spring elements and meets the highest quality standards in terms of comfort.
The one-person version of our infrared saunas meets the demands of a comprehensive therapeutic infrared application. Unlike two-person infrared saunas, the AT-1 infrared sauna irradiates both shoulders simultaneously.
Despite the all-round radiation, individual infrared heaters can be switched off if the intensity becomes too high.
Info: Conventional infrared saunas are equipped with wooden slats in front of the infrared heaters. However, this simple and inexpensive solution prevents deep-heat radiation behind the slats, as the infrared heat cannot penetrate the wood.
The AT-1 infrared sauna already features the two-part backrests known from much more expensive infrared saunas. They allow the entire deep heat to penetrate to the spine and into the tissue to activate the positive deep heat effects. In addition, they are flexibly mounted and thus adapt to the body.
The AT-1 deep-heat infrared sauna offers optimal infrared radiation for one person. Only high-quality 4th generation deep-heat radiators from SOLIS® have been installed. The simultaneous treatment of the entire spinal area and both shoulders allows for a very efficient infrared application. A front heater irradiates the upper body.
While the SOLIS® shoulder heaters and front heater are identical in construction, the SOLIS® spinal heaters have a slightly higher IR-B component and thus a better penetration depth. This allows pain and inflammation in the spinal area to be relieved particularly effectively. In addition, the AT-1 model has two more flat panel heaters: a calf heater and a foot heater, which warms the LaStone® obsidian stones.
Via the intuitive control panel inside and outside, the intensity of the heaters and the internal temperature can be easily preset. In addition, all infrared heaters and surface heaters can be switched off individually.
Example: You want to enjoy a targeted application to warm your spine, but you do not want the sauna temperature to rise significantly in order to protect your circulation. You can then simply switch off all heater elements except for the back heater.

In the AT model series, the flexible ergonomic backrests are in an upright sitting position.
Thanks to the deep-heat infrared heater in the back area, the two shoulder heaters, and the front infrared heater, you have optimal all-round radiation for one person.
Thanks to the calf and foot heater, the legs and the feet are also supplied with gentle infrared radiation. The warming of the feet and legs also stimulates circulation, which allows the deep heat to penetrate the body even more effectively.
