So one thing first!!! We are not bought or anything similar, even if it may sound like it right away; In search of the right Infrared Sauna, we got stuck with Atropa. For us the best Infrared Sauna, but that's a matter of taste. On Wednesday 29.03.23 we called Atropa again to clarify a question about the full spectrum heaters (is available as an option). Questions were clarified immediately on the phone (it was about the IR-A rays) and whether the option is per piece or for all heaters (there are 8 of them). So the surcharge is for all together, great price! And the IR-A have 7%, which is very good, anything over 15% should not be taken, too much danger due to skin cancer etc. On 23.03. the order followed after our call. About 1 hour later I was called to clarify everything or if there were still questions to clarify them now. Super service, thank you very much Mrs. F. Now it comes: payment on account at this price, first class service to the customer. Then on the same day received another email that the cabin will be picked up by the shipping company tomorrow, on 24.03.23 and should be delivered within 5 working days and the shipping company will contact us. At first I thought yes no is clear, so fast? Yes what can I say on Thursday the shipping company has contacted me by SMS and email and I could make an appointment for delivery. There were two times to choose from, you really shouldn't believe it On Friday noon at 11:45 am the shipping company was at our door and delivered our Infrared Sauna!! That was from order from AUSTRIA to GERMANY until delivery 2 working days ( We ordered Wednesday around 7 pm. Atropa: You have a super service, are very fast, are reachable, have a very nice Infrared Sauna. We are very happy with it. Also the assembly was largely well described, there were two three small problems, but which were then managed by thinking again. All in all a very nice cabin in which you can sweat a lot, a lot.

Website is very well structured. Model overview and detailed information in PDF format on the different Infrared Saunas is very helpful in selecting the product. Order was placed by phone and was uncomplicated. Infrared Sauna was delivered within 5 working days after payment. All parts were delivered on a Euro pallet, whereby care must be taken when unpacking that the parts are supported so that they do not fall apart. During assembly, two people are needed to transport the floor, side panels, door and ceiling. The other parts can be carried alone. The assembly can be done mostly alone. For some activities (side wall, door, ceiling) a second person is needed. It should be noted that during the assembly of the corner cabin, accessibility all around is given in order to be able to subsequently mount the plugs on the ceiling (picture). The enclosed assembly instructions are easy to read. The assembly according to the assembly instructions is uncomplicated and suitable for self-assembly. A lot of waste is generated, especially cardboard and styrofoam, due to the packaging material. Needed 5 yellow bags for the disposal of the styrofoam parts. There would be potential for improvement here. The use of the Infrared Sauna is great. Heat radiation is very pleasant and a pleasant temperature is also reached. The programs are particularly helpful for beginners. The programming of the Family function takes some getting used to. Could be simpler. The product had minor slight damage to the untreated wood surface. But it's just wood and doesn't bother either. Repair with sandpaper is no problem. Would definitely fall back on the product for the next purchase.

The ordering process was very simple - even with a call back from the company. The Infrared Sauna was delivered and assembled within 14 days. Although I am a passionate do-it-yourselfer myself, I would recommend a factory assembly; if only because of the many individual parts and boxes, you also get a short instruction and the functionality is checked. However, a self-assembly is also no witchcraft due to the ingenious concept. The quality of the cabin is excellent, nothing creaks, rattles or looks inferior. The position of the heaters is so well coordinated that within a very short time (a few minutes) a uniform heat/radiation occurs. The pre-installed 4 programs make it easier to get started with the "sauna sessions", the enclosed operating instructions explain the setting options sufficiently. I decided on an ATR-Eck with a combination of deep heat heaters and full spectrum heaters. My questions before ordering were all answered in detail by Mr. Schabetsberger on the phone. The delivery was fast and reliable. For the individual packages you need some space for assembly. We assembled the cabin with two people in about 2-3 hours. Everything was clearly described and was relatively easy. Experience with the cordless screwdriver is helpful. Questions that arose after assembly were always answered quickly and competently. The cabin and the heaters are of high quality and are fun every time. I reach the maximum temperature of 65 degrees at full power in about 35 minutes. Whether for sweating or just warming up (after sports) everything is easily possible. The heater arrangement is great, as each heater can be switched off individually and each individual place can also be continuously regulated. Since we usually go as a couple, everyone can determine their own heat intensity. In addition, music with good sound and a dimmable RGB light - pure relaxation! We opted for the Infrared Sauna ATS Eck, as it is not too big for our taste, fits into our relatively small guest room to save space and offers a lot of comfort and legroom for 2 people. The contact and purchase process with Atropa was quick and professional. However, the delivery by the shipping company Dachser was not satisfactory. On the agreed delivery date and on the following day, no goods appeared, after several telephone calls with the shipping company, contradictory statements were made regarding the whereabouts of the goods, so that we as end customers had to be kept in the dark until the final, then very spontaneous delivery 3 working days later than agreed. We would like to ask Atropa to turn to another shipping company in the future if this happens more often. The assembly of the cabin with 2 people was relatively unproblematic and fast within 2 hours, at some points of the instructions we would have wished for a more detailed description. In the end, everything was solvable. The individual parts are well made and fit together well. The commissioning and use of the cabin fully meets our expectations. We now often relax in our cabin and are very satisfied with the deep relaxation. As beginners, we never go into the cabin for more than 15 minutes, sometimes we repeat a 15-minute session after 1 hour. We will slowly increase both the duration and the intensity in the coming weeks.

I got to know the Infrared Sauna from Atropa through my brother. He had ordered the ATS corner cabin and I was able to see it for myself there. Since I liked the Infrared Sauna so much, I ordered one myself. Before that I looked at the website because of the different models and decided on the same model, in the cabin you have plenty of space and you can put your legs up, which I find very pleasant. I bought the cabin about 4 years ago and set it up myself with my brother within 50 minutes. After 4 years I still have the greatest joy with this cabin and have never regretted my decision. The cabin has absolutely no defects even after 4 years and works perfectly and we (me and my wife) enjoy a cozy stay in the cabin almost every week from Sept. to April and depending on the need and weather also beyond this time. When the radio did not work as it should at the beginning, we immediately got a new one sent. Great friendly advice (on the phone) and perfect delivery were also available. I can only confirm and recommend everything here with great praise. I just wanted to give a review with recommendation after 4 years, because then the experience can be passed on when a cabin is in constant use.

I spent several months considering the purchase of a sauna or Infrared Sauna. I gathered most of the information from the internet. Over time, I looked at some models (other manufacturers), obtained various brochures and also got offers. The more I dealt with the topic, the clearer it became to me that it should be an Infrared Sauna. In the course of this narrowing down, I then also came very quickly to the ATROPA website. The internet presence, the diverse information that one could read there, and finally also the telephone consultation convinced me to buy a model of this manufacturer. Due to the spatial situation in my house and what I considered to be a good mix between size and comfort, I then decided on the ATS-Eck model. Both the ordering process, the specified delivery time, and the on-time delivery were really first-class. The sauna was well packaged, which consequently brings with it a decent amount of cardboard and styrofoam. The assembly was easy for two with a little manual skill. All parts were well labeled and fit perfectly into each other right away. There was a material defect in one of the two headrests. After telephone consultation, I was immediately sent a new one as a gesture of goodwill. That also worked without any problems. After three months of intensive use by my family and me, I can draw the following conclusion. The Infrared Sauna keeps what it promises, is first-class workmanship and also offers sauna-like conditions with a maximum temperature of 65 ° C. So if you like it a little warmer and also want to break a sweat, you can do that with this model too. The operation is intuitive, and with the possibility of inside as well as outside operation, excellently solved. The arrangement of the heaters is also good and sensible. However, it was expressed by several people (independently of each other) that the back heater gives off so much heat at 100% power that it is perceived as unpleasant on the back. However, there is the possibility to switch off the corresponding heater or to reduce the power. The power reduction is done in steps of 5% and affects all heaters on the corresponding side, not just the back heater. If I could wish for one more improvement, it would be the possibility to dim the colored LEDs. This is of course not a defect and is more reminiscent of a luxury problem, but for my feeling it is very bright in the cabin. Ultimately, I can say for myself that I made the right purchase decision. Everyone wants the goods they buy to be inexpensive. And that is exactly what this sauna is. It is worth its price. As a craftsman, I am quite critical when it comes to craftsmanship, accuracy of fit and attention to detail. And every time I sit in the sauna and look around, these are exactly the points that inspire me. Therefore, I can recommend both this product and the company ATROPA without hesitation.

If you compare price/performance on the internet, you automatically come across ATROPA. We were also able to see our favored ATS-Eck directly in our area and also got the information we were still missing there. In the ATS-ECK you can sit down, but also sprawl half-lying, which in my opinion is the biggest advantage, you do not sit like in a bus and look forward, but can look at each other and talk in a comfortable position. Another advantage of the ATS-ECK is that each place has both shoulders irradiated, the backrests adapt to the body. Our Finnish sauna became too hot for me. So we looked for alternatives. After various websites and YouTube info, we knew what was important to us. That's how we came across ATROPA. We have been using the sauna for almost half a year now. For me, a lot has improved. In the Finnish sauna I got heat build-up in my legs - now the whole body sweats evenly and my cellulite and the pain on my right side have disappeared. The sauna towels stink (sorry, but it's true) after every sauna session. It's not 'just' sweat that is transported away. Dear sauna friends, I am very happy to report on my experiences with the manufacturer Atropa from Vienna. I spent about three months dealing with infrared technologies and the associated manufacturers and got stuck with two manufacturers, whereby it ultimately became Atropa. This was certainly due on the one hand to the perfect web presence, but the technology convinced me. It is difficult to find a manufacturer who does NOT offer full-spectrum heaters and yet can control the heaters via the intensity, yes even switch each one off individually. This works independently for each seat and there are four programs that are used intensively by us. Likewise, I did not want to have any standard industrial heaters for 30 EUR installed. By the way, any manufacturer can specify a temperature. When I looked into it at the end of 2020, only Atropa fulfilled all of this. The advice and support from Atropa is exemplary and I can only praise the company in the highest terms. Waiting times of 5 months are easily to be expected and normal. Delivery is by Dachser. Before the targeted delivery date, I asked Atropa just to be sure. It turns out that Dachser no longer knew where the cabin had gone. Here I could rely on Atropa, who took over the communication for me and so the cabin could then also find its home with a few days delay. Top packed on a pallet, which we had stored directly in the garage. For the assembly I would recommend two men, especially if it has to be carried up to the floors. The lower part and the part with the door are already heavier, the two large side parts a bit bulky. Here, compare the dimensions with the transport route beforehand. You can assemble it yourself. I now had a wood and at the same time glass expert with me and for me electronics is not an issue, but this is not rocket science and the plugs are easy to connect thanks to the plug construction. Anyone can do that. The assembly can take 1.5h to 2h, where we additionally needed about another hour for unpacking, carrying and cleaning up. Generally for the execution of the cabin I would give 5 stars, it is now only 4 stars, because we had a few small things to solve. An at least 2cm long nail was not shot in correctly and was visible in its almost full length in the frame of the door. We removed it carefully. Once assembled, the commissioning is done quickly, as the instructions are easy to understand. I would wish for a few tips in the instructions on the correct application of aromatherapy (positioning of the container, dosage). I find the heater arrangement perfect and ideal for us, especially the inclined shoulder heaters. The cabin looks very high quality and it is. It is a gem! The enthusiasm runs through the whole family, you can say the cabin is in operation daily (sometimes several times) for two weeks now. Certainly this will change a bit in the summer. The purchase decision was right and I would make it again in the same way. Personally, the cabin in the therapeutic, automatic program has dramatically improved my shoulder problems within three applications, so that I can start with sports again. After what felt like endless internet research, trade fair visits and viewings at other IR cabin manufacturers, my wife came across the ATROPA website rather by chance. The professional design of the website as well as the information content in quantity and quality convinced us immediately. Via the website, we were able to get in touch with a "sales partner" in Hamburg. There we were allowed to see an ATS Relax live and in color. A trip to Vienna did not seem appropriate to us in Corona times. The quality of the cabin seemed very high to us. Due to the flexibility of the seating arrangements and for space reasons, we decided on the ATS Eck. A phone call with ATROPA, in which the ordering, delivery and payment procedure was discussed in an extremely friendly, courteous and professional manner, ultimately led to the order of the ATS Eck. 4 days after ordering, the cabin was delivered by DACHSER. Damage to the packaging was documented immediately and without complication. Fortunately, it was only the outer packaging. The boxes were all well labeled on the outside, so that a check for completeness was quickly carried out. After unpacking, we were able to assemble and commission the cabin in 90 minutes with the well-described assembly instructions. All parts were prepared to fit perfectly and could be assembled without any problems. A second person is mandatory because of the weight of the ceiling panel and the glass door, otherwise self-assembly is unproblematic. Even with my 1.90m body height, I can enjoy the deep heat radiation excellently. 10cm more space would have been perfect, but with a knee roll it also works very well. The special equipment with color light and aroma therapy as well as the audio equipment with USB or Bluetooth make using the IR cabin a pleasure every time. I would not want to miss it anymore and can warmly recommend the IR cabin from ATROPA.

Actually, we wanted to build an Infrared Sauna ourselves a few years ago. Unfortunately, we lacked the space and also the time to implement the project. Now we could finally redesign a room so that there was enough space. Through Google, we then came to the company Atropa. It should be a cabin for two people, in which you can not only sit but also put your feet up. So we decided on the ATS-Eck. The order was uncomplicated and the delivery went smoothly. All boxes were well labeled and stood on a Euro pallet. The components were very well packed, so you have a lot of packaging waste at the end. For the assembly, you need two strong hands, a screwdriver and possibly a cordless screwdriver with different bits. The assembly was simple, the instructions well written and the assembly (with unpacking and sifting) took about 3 hours. All electrical connections are easily accessible and properly designed. There is no car radio in the roof anymore, but a small terminal for USB, AUX and Bluetooth. Which really works well! Someone who is used to streaming audio via BT will be satisfied with it. After completion, we heated up the cabin and aired it out. In the evening, there was the first "sauna session". We are thrilled! The warmth is really good and you start to sweat even at 50°C and 35 min. session time. Conclusion: Great part, the quality matches the price!

We went to the Atropa showroom to get an idea on site and were immediately enthusiastic about the ATS-Eck cabin. Only when putting on the roof did we call in a third person. Everything else my wife and I could assemble without any problems. It's hard to believe how precisely these large and heavy parts were manufactured. Everything fit together and only had to be put together according to the instructions. after now 3 months after buying our Atropa Infrared Sauna ATS-Eck, I dare to write a small review. First of all: We four are highly satisfied with our new "wellness temple". I was responsible for the assembly, which I, equipped with manual skills, did together with a friendly (and envious) neighbor in actually about 2 hours. The many packages, which protected the different components for transport very well, were quickly carried to the basement by two people. Especially when putting on the roof, a second person was necessary.
Everything fit together very well, the electrical connectors between the components were coded and simply plugged together. Based on the picture in the brochure and on the website, I had assumed that the walls and benches were made of solid wood. This is not the case. The components (walls, ceiling, floor, etc.) presumably consist of a sturdy frame construction that is provided with a kind of paneling both inside and outside. However, this is neither at the expense of the appearance nor the stability. The cabin is very robustly built. In addition, the "hollow chamber principle" is presumably more energy-efficient than a solid construction due to the air chambers and thus saves energy consumption. We use our ATS-Eck with our children (5 and 9 years) almost daily: to relieve tension, prevent colds or just to feel good. My fear that we would only use it sporadically and only intensively at the beginning quickly dissipated. The many switches on the heaters and the flexible setting options for temperature distribution and color effects allow us a varied and individually adjustable use. The handling with the shipping company was a bit bumpy and only successful on the second attempt. I would have wished for delivery behind the 1st door and not to the curb. Bringing it into the house without help was a bit difficult. The assembly went quickly and would have gone even better if one had dedicated a little more time to the assembly instructions. After a good 2 1/2 hours, everything was finished. A few minor defects were present, but these were rectified quickly and unbureaucratically. By chance and perseverance in the search for information on Infrared Saunas, we discovered the company ATROPA Wellness. We were immediately enthusiastic about the exceptionally detailed and informative website, which offers numerous photos and comprehensive descriptions for every Infrared Sauna offered. After a (fortunately long) period of reflection, the corner cabin with the ATS equipment was also available in the summer of 2017 as an introductory offer with a considerable price advantage. The cabin was very well packaged and delivered on the desired date. With unpacking and sorting the individual parts, we needed about 5 hours for the assembly of the ATS-Eck (professionals can do this faster, of course). The cable connections from the walls to the roof were a bit tricky - it was useful not to put the roof on correctly right away, but first to use some of the styrofoam blocks from the packaging as spacers until all cable connections were made. Only then did we lower the roof onto the side walls (this tip should be included in the assembly instructions!). After a functional test, the cabin was also tried out on the same day and was found to be very pleasant and comfortable by my wife and me. The heaters are optimally arranged, the entire workmanship is of high quality, the cabin even looks good. It is located in our living area in our fitness-reading-rest room (see photo). My wife and I had been thinking about buying an infrared sauna for a long time. After viewing Infrared Saunas from several manufacturers and sifting through internet material, only 2 manufacturers came into question for us. A large German manufacturer of quality cabins (but also quite expensive) and the company Atropa. Decisive for our decision to buy an infrared sauna from Atropa was the super equipment with premium package for the ATS Eck 2 persons, as well as the physiologically well thought-out arrangement of the deep heat heaters. Also that they are heaters of the latest generation. This is not always the case with other providers. The ordering process was quite simple. This was followed by a call from Atropa to discuss any questions about handling and delivery. Then we received an email order confirmation and invoice. A positive aspect was that we could take our time with the delivery until our desired date. We then only had to transfer the invoice amount and after a few days the shipping company contacted us and we could arrange a short-term delivery date. The forwarder also brought the goods on time. But was in such a hurry that he could not even unload the pallet to take it back. But it did not matter to us. I put everything in the garage and gradually got the required parts for assembly. The assembly is almost self-explanatory based on the parts and I hardly had to look at the assembly instructions (which, by the way, are very well explained - as are the operating instructions). At times, 2 people are required for assembly. The outer parts are large but not heavy. All parts could be assembled to fit perfectly. At the end, just wipe everything inside slightly damp, as there was still some sanding dust. The assembly was really fun and the anticipation of the first use grew and grew. As newcomers, we chose the automatic program 4 (Softly program to get used to it). In addition, we inserted the supplied USB stick from Atropa with relaxation music, set the color light program and trickled the also supplied fragrance oil into the fragrance oil container. My wife and I had enough space to lean back comfortably against the super great backrests, put our legs up and, as our son always says, "chill out". Even with this program, which only drops from an intensity of 70% to 40%, we started sweating well and quickly at a temperature range of 57%. I am also a regular sauna goer. The infrared sauna beats it by far in its effect. We do not regret this purchase. Even our 16-year-old son was thrilled after the first use. Especially for him as an athlete, the application in the infrared sauna is useful. We are happy to recommend the infrared sauna from Atropa. We think that in comparison of equipment, comfort and price there is currently nothing better to be found. Besides, which company gives a 20-year guarantee on the deep heaters!! After a long research we found Atropa on the net, the description of the ATS Eck appealed to us immediately. The contact was made by e-mail, open questions were answered well. Compared to other providers, we liked the semi-reclining sitting position and the arrangement of the heaters much better than straight sitting positions. Unfortunately, we could not go to the exhibition in Vienna to see the details of the cabin live. We have not regretted ordering without prior inspection. The delivery was very fast and the assembly went without problems. We give one point deduction because some screws in the wood were already overtightened (e.g. on the door hinges) and the thickness of the cabin wall is only 30mm and not 50mm as described. We have seen no disadvantage regarding the lower thickness so far, as we have the cabin in a heated room. The different programs and the possibility to adjust both seats individually are perfect. After a short time, everyone starts to sweat very well.

For almost 2 months now, we are also proud owners of the AT corner cabin. After a quick self-assembly thanks to good assembly instructions and four skilled hands, we were able to put the cabin into operation on the day of delivery.
The high-quality infrared heaters convince us very much of their effect... whether for relaxation or for the therapy of battered wrists and back after the arduous work of woodcutting or even after sports, the effect is simply overwhelming.

On Sunday my husband and I then assembled the cabin. Actually we are not suitable as a team, as my husband always knows everything better. But the assembly was no problem at all. Without getting into a fight everything worked out well.
Now the first test of the cabin. So I was a little disappointed with the calf heaters and the lava stones. I thought that they did not give off so much heat.
But after talking to a friend, it is now clear to me why they are not allowed to get so hot. There are people who have problems with veins.
Meanwhile my husband and I enjoy the cabin. Since I always have back problems, I always go into the cabin after the treatments. It's so quick. Turn on the cabin, turn on one heater and my back is already warmed. That feels really good.
