Even after this time and almost regular use since the cold season, there are no major signs of defects (2 heating elements replaced (under warranty)). A family business that produces and distributes in Europe, and a product that offers exactly what we want. An Infrared Sauna with a bio-sauna. The personal contact with Mr. Schabetsberger was very courteous, friendly, and he was able to answer all our questions. Despite the lockdown, a delivery time of only 6 weeks is an incredible achievement. The individual parts were well and safely packaged, although very heavy to carry. The assembly was not as fast as in the video, but it is quite feasible for 2 people. It's a pity that the door hinge cannot be changed and the screws in the interior are not so visually appealing. But thankfully, we were sent covers for these upon request. All in all, a 100% purchase recommendation. We sit in it almost every evening and enjoy the warmth.

Experience after more than half a year... We had an Infrared Sauna in our last vacation apartment in Carinthia, which we used often. My wife had long wished for her own Infrared Sauna, which was always postponed. Coming home from vacation, the search on the internet began. We had found two companies from Austria and decided on Atropa because of the good price-performance ratio. The cabin arrived on a large pallet, everything was professionally packed. For the assembly, it is probably easier with two men, as the front part with the front door is a bit heavier. You should also check with a spirit level whether the bottom part is level, otherwise the cabin could creak. The assembly itself is simple. CD and Bluetooth are very good. We have not regretted our decision to choose Atropa. Even grandma sits in the Infrared Sauna ;)

Dear Sir or Madam, while searching for a suitable Infrared Sauna, we came across your website via Google. After various comparisons, it convinced us to choose one of your products. The ordering process was completely uncomplicated and easy to handle. The delivery was on time and completely problem-free according to our verbal agreement. The assembly was done by ourselves and was child's play based on the enclosed instructions and could be done by me alone except for a few steps. I can recommend self-assembly with a clear conscience. The only drawback: when mounting the brackets for the flexible backrests, I used the screws you supplied. After finishing the work, I was surprised to find that these 12 screws protruded about 1.5 cm through the back wall. The assembly instructions refer to a length of 40 mm, but screws of 60 mm length were actually enclosed. So I had to dismantle everything again, get the right screws from the hardware store and attach the brackets again. I didn't find that so thrilling at the moment. We like the cabin. After just a few applications, we have already experienced that the infrared heat radiation has a very positive effect on our well-being. We should have made the purchase decision earlier.

The Infrared Sauna was easy to assemble with two people using the assembly instructions. It works perfectly and is a jewel in our house. For weeks I was plagued by sciatica; the pain radiated down my entire left leg. In the meantime, the pain was so severe - especially at night - that I couldn't sleep for two days and had to get up because of the severe pain. No matter how I turned and twisted, the pain in my leg was always there. After the first use of the Infrared Sauna, the pain improved and I was able to sleep again without having to get up at night in pain. Yesterday, after the second session in the Infrared Sauna, I was pain-free all night and could sleep normally, even when changing my sleeping position. The assembly of the cabin with 2 people is basically simple and optimally described in the instructions. Unfortunately, we had a few problems putting the side elements together. But this was only due to the springy and uneven floor in our old half-timbered house. The quality and workmanship are simply great. After assembly, we enjoyed the first "session". Everyone was thrilled and I had to lure some out of the cabin with gentle "force" so that others could also enjoy the feeling of well-being from the combination of warmth, lighting and music. I got a toothbrush cup holder with two glasses from the sanitary trade and screwed it into the cabin, so you can have a sip of mineral water (or maybe a "quick one") in between. I also added screw hooks in the cabin to hang guest towels to dry sweat and outside on the side wall there are more screw hooks for hanging bathrobes, so you can hop well-warmed across the hall to the shower. That was a very good decision to purchase this cabin. The assembly also went quickly on my own. Only for the front wall did my wife have to help. After about 20 minutes at 75%, the pain in the joints and muscles of the upper arms disappears. I also have the impression that the water retention in my legs is decreasing. One negative comment: the fan runs very rough and loud. A tip from me: the fan could be speed-controlled, and the normal lighting should not go out with the heaters but continue to run, or turn on. It should be switchable separately.

After looking at about 10 different companies/models, I asked myself, who would really put some of these devices in their house - the workmanship alone, or the wood - actually an impertinence.
The explanations, such as: this is just an exhibition piece, etc., didn't really convince me. The prices up to 7000 euros were another blow in the search - although, at least the workmanship and the material were right, but still too expensive for us...
Since our neighbor already had an ATROPA cabin, we were able to get a little information about these cabins in advance. About 4 years ago we bought the model, actually a little skeptical whether we could assemble this thing ourselves, or whether it would be better to have it assembled. We decided on the self-service option - no problem, the few parts are really put together quickly, we thought - and we were right. It was really easy and holds rock solid.
Our cabin is in use about 3 times a week, usually used alone, although 2 people could easily fit, and with a little restriction even 4 people, but you want to relax. The built-in radio/CD player and the different colored lights do the rest...
My conclusion: Absolutely good price/performance ratio, enough space in the cabin, solid workmanship and hot enough! Delivery was as agreed, and there were a few nice goodies included ;-)
To this day, we have not regretted making room for this purchase, thus we have created an 8m² island of tranquility in our house.

Last year we invested a lot of time to look at the different brands and models. After a visit to the sales partner in Zell am Pettenfirst, we decided on the IZ120 model. The delivery and assembly by a specialist was prompt and uncomplicated. It is a small but very fine Infrared Sauna. Thanks to the large glass door, you can even watch your favorite program on TV while sweating. If you want to relax more, you can switch on the built-in CD player with relaxation music. We only have one point of criticism, but ATROPA is not to blame for it ;-)! We always have to negotiate with our two cats that we are allowed in the cabin first and only afterwards – during the cooling-down phase – they are allowed in. As the attached photo proves, not only we humans, but also the cats are thrilled with the ATROPA cabin :-) !

The delivery of the individual parts was punctual within a very short time after the order, the assembly and installation of the cabin was manageable by me as an individual even without further "helping hands".
My wife and I use the IZ 120 2-3 times a week and so far colds etc. have had no chance with us.

We have had our Infrared Sauna for 4 years and wouldn't want to miss it. When frozen from outside in winter, it's no problem to warm up quickly and not get sick.
If a cold does strike, 10 minutes 3 times a day - even when the cabin is not heated - is often enough to stop the cold.
Back pain is also much better. For detoxification and sweating, we sit in the cabin for about 30 - 45 minutes from 30 degrees C, then we shower as usual. The comparison to the sauna: afterwards we are fit - and not as exhausted as after a sauna session.
We also use the cabin to warm up our muscles before sports: just sit in it for about 10 minutes and off you go! I hope you can convince more people to get an Infrared Sauna with our feedback! We thank you in advance for the nice surprise - it will smell wonderful again....

We are happy to give you feedback: Friends recommended ATROPA Infrared Saunas because of the great price-performance ratio. A comparison with other providers confirmed this. A visit to the showroom was possible quickly and the reception was very nice and attentive, yet not intrusive. We made a quick decision and were also individually looked after and advised during delivery. The quick and uncomplicated process was completely our style! We did the assembly ourselves and were surprised at how ingeniously simple the system is.
Accordingly, our Infrared Sauna was set up easily and quickly. We use it gladly and often, even our children (11 and 14), for whom every sauna is too hot, enjoy the time in the cabin. Especially after sports, it does them a lot of good too.
As a movement therapist, I prefer the Infrared Sauna to any sauna because I can really relax and my body is not exposed to any stress. The high temperatures of a sauna basically put every body in an exceptional situation that strains the organism (circulation, fatigue, etc.). After 20 minutes in the cabin, we sweat more than in the sauna and that with normal humidity, without stress and fatigue afterwards. We feel relaxed, refreshed and renewed down to the cellular level!
We are happy every time anew that we decided on the ATROPA Infrared Sauna! Continued success!

We use the cabin regularly at 45-60 degrees for 40 minutes. My wife suffers from arthrosis and already feels a relief with every movement, and it also really stimulates the metabolism.

We have owned one of your cabins for a good year, chosen partly because both our brother-in-law (gstir richard) and our parents-in-law (schlögl josef) are very satisfied with their cabins; and you are also absolutely right in your conviction that we enjoy the Infrared Sauna almost daily, especially now in the cold season.
Your company service (delivery etc.) was very satisfactory, and we are also very satisfied with the cabin and its amenities. We both, my wife and I, have the feeling that the infrared heat does us a lot of good, especially with tension, muscle pain and the like.

The ordered Infrared Sauna was delivered on 24.07.12. At first glance, I was already very impressed with the good packaging. After unpacking the individual parts of the cabin, I could see that they had survived the transport without damage and the parts were of excellent quality. Then it was time to assemble the cabin, which went off without a hitch. The parts fit together perfectly. The function test worked right away. My wife and I had our first session in the early evening. We are very satisfied with the cabin and will warmly recommend it.
